• Have generated no more than 3 pieces of content using our service

Note: Due to the computational resources required for AI music and multimedia generation, we have a stricter usage limit compared to other digital services.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• More than 3 pieces of content have been generated using the service
• The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date
• Content has been downloaded and used commercially
• Account has been suspended or terminated for policy violations

5. Service Credits

In some cases, instead of a full refund, we may offer service credits or additional generation credits to resolve your concerns. This alternative may be suggested during our review process.
